Naiomy's Journal, 29 November 2010

Been a little bit since i been on... holidays have been busy :)... i'm sure i'm back to my regular weight (around 168)... ok with that.. was supposed to jog this morning.. but couldn't get out of bed!.. will try tonight when i get home if i feel at least a LITTLE better than what i do now.

Not gonna weigh in yet... wanna give myself a chance to get back on the horse...

You can do it Naiomy! The holidays can be a crazy and busy. Just take it one day at a time and you'll get there. I hope you get to feeling better soon too!

@kstubble.. oh i had several "affairs" on my steakburger lol... hence probably putting those 5lbs back on lol.. and i'm happy with that.. @ jada.. thanks!.. i'm trying
