Apparently, I've hurt my ankle and didn't even realize it. I woke up this morning and it really hurt. So, I didn't make it to the gym. :( It still hurts, but after taking some ibuprofen, it's starting to feel better. It's not swollen or anything, so I don't think it's a sprain. But it really hurts to walk around on it. We'll see tomorrow morning. I really hope it goes away soon.

ICE!!! Seriously... ice. I do massive damage to my ankle every 2 years or so and end up on crutches. Ice is your friend. Also try to elevate it if you can (hard to do unless you're laying in bed).

I was at work all day, so I couldn't get an ice pack on it or elevate it. But I did stay off it as much as possible and took ibuprofen and it helped. The pain was gone by the time I got off work. I think I'll be ok. :)

ice and elevation...have a mri and see if you tore your ligaments...if you did get a brace other wise they never heal properly and will cause issues for the rest of your life...trust me on this...been there done it
