I am feeling so much better! [/color] I've lost 7 or 8 pounds (took forever) since Oct 23rd. I have found a wonderful gyno/urologist that has put me on the path to less pain. I have had increasingly more and more pain every year since 2006. I am a half clothes size smaller in inches. My optimism is soaring. Really. I am looking for a place to move from Dec thru March as I live in the unpredicitable city of Cleveland Oh. The last time I realisticly tried to move south to Georgia was 6 years ago in 2004. Now I am thinking Florida but I don't want to have to lease somewhere for the whole year. Anyone with suggestions?
jsfantome, I was reading one of your journal entries about alternating between high and low carbs and I couldn't quite understand the way you came up with the caloric number. I am going to reread it to see if I can figure it out. Do you think it could work for me or is it too early yet.<a href="http://www.fatsecret.com/member/Brina-marie"><img src="http://www.fatsecret.com/ticker/Brina-marie.gif"></img></a>

it's way too early. I didn't do well cycling...was just easier to climb the carb ladder slowly and continue to lose. well, first the losing part...then the climbing part...but whatever! So stick w/ Induction!
