I made some awsom pancakes this morning, that I think is very low in fat high in proteen. I need some help in calculating the nutrition information. If someone can figure this out for me and let me know I would love it dearly.
1 Cup of Spelt Organic Flour 1 Ex Larg Egg with Omega 3 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder 1/3 Cup Lite Brown Sugar 3 TBL Strawberry Yogurt 1 TBL Cinnamon 1 M banana Butter Milk till the right consistancy
This makes about 12 3" pancakes top with butter and Lite syrup.
Help me with the nutrition information please.
