Good Evening, An absolutely BEAUTIFUL day. Last night was clear and colder than were use to here in S.W. Washington ( 36 degrees ). This Morning I took my mom's laundry back to her at the Nursing Home, where she is recovering from a fractured hip. Mom will be going home this Wednesday - My sister will take mom home and get her settled. Well, I did my weekly weigh in and I'm happy to report that I've lost another 1.4 lbs AWESOME!!! Clearly my Low Carb Plan is working. Well that's about it. I better get another glass of water in...Marlene
