Back on track and recording.
Got cocky because I lost about 20 pounds and stopped tracking and then gained ten back. Was actually down to 214. I hate it when I'm stupid!

But here we go!
This time, I'm sticking with it.

Got some really heart-wrenching news and took it out on ice cream. Bad call.
