After the Physical Fitness Test and the Des Moines Half Marathon I took a week off of doing anything productive. So I gained 6 lbs. A bit annoyed but at least I am not back up to 220. Back on the horse today. Can't wait for next monday to weigh in.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
