BCAA 10g finished 1500ish 1700 Weight watchers string cheese
1815 shrimp
1824 almond milk
1920ish AFT fit test bike score 48. Hill walk for 34 min and then run 5
min half mile
2100 2 scoop Protein Powder choc flavor 2200 edemame and kielbasa
