Today I started p90x turbofire. Compared to the very first time i did p90 16months ago my strength has increased by leaps and bounds. Today was chest and back. The first exercise is standard pushups for 1 minute. The first time i did the program was about 8 months post partum and i could only do 2 real ones (knees off the floor) and after 3 months i could so 15. This morning i did 23!! I kept up with the program and was usung 20 and 25lb dumb bells for back as well.instead of the 10-15 lb i used before. I use my functional trainer to do pull up modifications rather than resistance bands but i want to be able to do at least 1 real pull up before the end of the program....that's my goal.

TOM started last night (boo) but good news is my weight is down from my first weigh in which means i'm in for a nice surprise in a few days. I always retain alot of water the day before and for at least 3 days during TOM which gets demoralizing but today i'm not. There is no chocolate in the house and i'll keep it that way!
138.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
