This morning i finished 4 weeks on p90x/turbofire. Missed only 2 workouts due to nighttime meanderings of my toddler. I start phase 2 tomorrow. TOM due any minute (i can tell) so i'll wait to weigh in until after. I really believe the new improved "me" will be here before the new year. Going to watch my diet obsessively until christmas. I don't do baking because hubby doesn't have a sweet tooth and the rest of my family are diabetics so i'm not worried about temptations. I have my goal and i have to do whatever it takes to finally get there this time. If we go to california at the end of january i want a rockin bod for the trip!!

Day 13 of P90x/turbo.... Only missed one day. If i miss the 5 am workout i can't fit it in anywhere else :(. Good thing the kids don't disturb sleep very often. I'll consider yesterday my rest day and workout on Monday. Today was legs and back...feel alot less sore compared to last week. It was almost comical how much my butt hurt last week. I couldn't even sit comfortably! I have been eating a lot better this week. Any lingering halloween candy i sent to work with hubby. I seriously lack willpower if it is in the house.

Today I finished day7 of my P90X/turbofire hybrid. Found a few muscles that were dormant for a while but nothing I can't handle. The eating on the other hand has not been fantastic...TOM monster. I will endeavour to do better.

DOM's started early...like last night...lol. Feeling sore but good. Had a family diner last night and eating was not at it's best. I swear during my TOM i have like zero willpower. Woke up and did Fire45 instead of fire30 and have been an angel in the food department (so far) today.
