Well day one... again. My goal is to lose at least 60 lbs. My plan is to break this in 3 separate events, when I look at 60 lbs it looks like climming the Mount Everest but in 3 separate events then is something that can be done.

Lots of mistakes before, I hope that this time is the one...
244.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
