I started the Carb Nite Solution on Monday, October 21, 2013 (so today is Day 4) and have lost 4.5 lbs. so far. The part about eating low carbs is pretty easy, but I will admit it's hard to walk by the Halloween candy, particularly Reese's peanut butter cups, in my office every day. But I AM resisting! I've done low carb before with good results and so it's not hard to resist rice, pasta, bread, etc. But I'm hoping this plan, with its fat-burning theory, will really give me what I need, which is permanent fat and weight loss.
