This is a busy week. I will be sitting in doctors offices most of today getting updates on my Ward's surgery from last week.
I will be helping my mother clean house again tonight. We dusted, vacuumed, and cleaned out closets last night. My Dad cleaned the carpets after I went home last night. Tonight we need to mop all the floors and change the sheets on all the beds. Then get last minute grocery shopping done.
I will be cooking tilapia and quinoa for supper tonight. This will be my first time to eat quinoa. I am looking forward to it. I am using a recipe from Giada off of Food Network.

I've heard so much about quinoa but never tried it.. Let me know how it was, and if it was difficult to prepare. I couldn't ever cook rice before until I got a rice maker. Now, I'm unstoppable!
