I have tried cutting carbs, increasing my calories, decreasing my calories, diet pills, eating different things, pretty much you name it and still no luck. I am at a loss right now and am not really sure what to do:/

its all about the activity girl. people back in the 50's only ate (on average) 200 calories less then we do (on average) the major difference being due to their lifestyles they burned about 600-700 cal a day. its all about portion size and activity. hopefully that lil fun fact was of some help.

I am in the gym 4 sometimes more days per week, I run a 5k, do strength training, the bike, and swim a 500 everytime and I am a nurse so I am on my feet running around all day. Should I be doing more?

Have you had your thyroid tested? You may want to speak to your doctor to rule out any medical reasons for not losing. If you can afford it, a nutritionist might be able to help you develop a plan that is suited for you and help you lose. It is frustrating when you are trying and not seeing results.

you may actually be doing too much. you essentially need to figure out how much a person of your goal weight with your activity level should be consuming (calorie wise) and stick with that amount. but in turn you have to stick with your activity level. if you consume to little and work too much your body will go into starvation mode meaning everything you eat with carbs (which is almost everything eatable; mind you I do not endorse all meat diets) your body will use those carbs as fuel and hang onto that stored fat. its all about balance; ive lost 80 lbs over a year by not eating fatty foods and eating what I want with the proper portions; I run and do some strength training but nothing major. its always those last 20 lbs that are the hardest because your body naturally wants to have a little fat on it...its healthy. its society that tells us even a little fat is bad or that if your 20 lbs over your government "I said so weight" you are overweight. There are many doctors and I have watched many documentaries that support those ideals. When I see your picture I see a thin healthy girl; love yourself.
