I'm Back after 4 months! Starting all over again to reach and maintain my weight goal. One thing I've learned from this experience - I absolutely love breads, pizza, and all those other bad foods.

I've decided to begin by incorporating a commercial shake system, though now I've briefly researched these types of shakes, and found the one I've selected (because of brand recognition) is high in sugar! Ugghhh!! The reason for the change is that the 'Egg' diet was not good for my cholesterol levels, though it boosted my metabolism later in the diet process.

Well, here goes!!!! :-)

142.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
