Well.....I missed two days of my journaling. Staying on the eating every two hours is kind of tough for me. Yesterday....I was out running errands and by the time I was able to eat again after breakfast it was 2:00. It’s Saturday morning and I’ve been up since 0530 and in about a half hour I’m going to go run. It’s not because of this program that I’m up this early but, since I am....I might as well exercise.
