Pugcrazy's Journal, 21 November 2010

There is no real way to say how many points I ate at the potluck Thanksgiving meal at the church tonight. I tried to make good choices. I ate 1 small piece of turkey breast, 1 small piece of tilapia, a spoonful of sweet potatoes, a small helping of green bean casserole, approx a 1/4 cup of purple hull peas, a small square of broccoli corn bread. I also had a couple of bites of a piece of sugar free pie. It sounds like a lot of food, but it was not as bad as it sounds. I passed up the dressing, dumplings, sausage, and many other high fat foods. i will be glad when this holiday is past and the food temptations are reduced.
