Ordered sushi, forgot to give directions to make it carb-friendly, ate it anyway...feeling guilty but today I will be right back on track - one slip up does not a failure make.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
