I am trying to fast, but that is not working out at all, not even for one day. However, I have been able to accomplish eating less calories for the day. I have been having a lot of apples and sometimes nuts throughout the day and then a dinner meal. Of course I could be doing better. I did recently celebrate my birthday by feasting on a three course meal topped with desserts. But I hope success is getting to my goal weight.
