Have really lost the plot in the last couple of months. I haven't gained too much but haven't done anything to lose either. Lots of background stuff going on and just not been able to focus on me. Back in the game now starting today. Am mainly doing the Dukan diet now instead of Atkins. I want to see how it affects my diabetes overall.
