today I will start a challenge i am excited. I am looking forward to lose weight. My daughter told me i looked like a cartoon character from the ipad which is a lose weight ad. I thought it was funny and a rude wake up call. But she is little so i am not mad. I rode my bike a little yesterday but not enough to burn calories. Today i plan on getting on the treadmill 20 min elliptical for 20 min and bike for 10 min or more. I am going to make chicken for dinner. Plus i will start drink and water today. I hope to see some results by 11-15. a month from now.
