Yes! finally down a little. I was talking to my therapist of all people about this and she was saying that your body has a memory of certain weights and that is why you plateau, cause it remembers being here before and was comfortable? I am thinking I was around this weight my last couple years of Highschool maybe longer and a year or 2 in college so maybe she is right.. I am just hoping to get to the 270's!

I am a little worried about next week. there is a 75% chance my boyfriend will be spending a good deal of the week with me (YAY) and then there is thanksgiving (oooahhh) (and I am having pie damnit! hee!). Soooo how to be good? Without starving myself through the day so I can go out with him at night? I do not know.

But I measured myself for the first time in forever last night and I have lost 29 inches since 1/15/2010. I am not going to lie I thought it would be more because people that have lost as much weight as me I see their inches matching their weight. How is that supposed to go? Oh and does anyone know how you are supposed to measure your waist? sucking in or not? They were the same either way but I just wonder...

Oh and I took a chance and ordered a sweater in a normal misses xL (16-18). I loved in immensley hence the chance taking and I love buying a pretty sweater for Christmas :) Anyways my new shirt size has been 18-20.. sooo... we'll see :)
281.6 lb Lost so far: 57.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I was told the same thing by my dr actually. As for Thanksgiving, just enjoy your day. One day is not going to undo the progess you have made, I actually found that I was eating fairly well even though I wasn't tracking my food or anything. As for the inches its a lot like weight loss, everyone is different.

Doesn't that feel awesome to be planning on smaller sizes? I know it sounds so petty but that's one of the things I look forward to most- buying "regular" size clothing that I actually like! You're doing great :)

I don't think it is petty I think besides just being healthier it will be amazing to be able to shop at a regular store with my sisters.
