Didn't get my walk or bike ride in yesterday and I can tell it really affected my weight loss. I actually gained .6 lbs overnight. I stuck to my diet but the exercise really is key. Hoping and praying to do better today. Plus its close to cycle time, which I am sure doesn't help any. :( I also didn't get in as much water.
