Getting back to it. Summer was good - hovered around 139 +/-. Over last two weeks or so (lots of travel, very busy time of year) am hovering at 142 or 143. Need to pay attention .. sigh.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
