I arrived at my destination ... it's been a busy day!! Started very early, rising at 2:45 am so I had time to shower and make the long drive to the airport (2 1/2 hours) to catch my one hour flight to my destination.
I've done fairly well with food so far but dinner is still ahead of me. I could stop ... given my calorie count for the day but I'd be hungry and it is an opportunity for me to spend time with folks I don't typically get to spend time with so I'm joining.
Today's work events are done. Oh yes, I also did 45 minutes on the elliptical here at the hotel so I'm sure the math is still in my favor. I'm not sure how many calories I had for lunch ... I had jasmine rice with grilled chicken, a few veggies and Thai basil sauce ... so I don't think it was horrid.
I am definitely tired. I hope I sleep well tonight. I hope you are all doing well. I am working diligently on being kind to my larger self and being in each moment. Thank you all for being here with me!!

GOSH you and all your traveling....I KNOW it is so hard to stay on track with that. I sure hope your trip continues smoothly and your feeling my yourself soon.....( im thinking this funk must be every where it seems) YOU stay strong....and way to go working out at the hotel....THATS gotta help stress too. right??? have a great day.
