ok. time to start getting back into the swing of things! I moved into a big house, got a great new job! I now work full time in a health-food store cooking healthy meals all day! It's going to be too cold out to jog soon so i'm going to get my gym membership back up and running and I can almost re-focus my attention on weight-loss. I have not gained OR lost any weight since my big move but I haven't had the time to focus any attention on anything but the things i've been doing for a while.
