Today I'm starting a new plan. I've taken myself off the HCG due to lack of controlling myself. :( I will start doing the Couch to 5K again and some strength/core training. About an hours worth of exercise daily. I hope it gets me somewhere. I also need to work on the eating. I've been so bad lately. It stinks! So here's to yet another new start! I can do this. I have 14 weeks til we go on our next cruise vacation and I want to lose at least another 20lbs. I can do this!
