My health is very important to me and I need to lose some weight. It seems as if I gain 1 to 2 lbs per week. But I cannot for the life of me figure out where I am going wrong.

Hi KSByrd Start adding everything you eat to your diet calendar on Fat Secret. It is the best tool you can use to help you loose weight. If you log Everything you can see how many calories, protein, fat and carbs you eat every day and adjust your diet accordingly. I can't loose weight without it. Nicky
