Buddies, I apologize in advance for not being as responsive this week. Going out of town and I've got to keep my nose to the grindstone! Hope everyone is having a wonderful week!
168.2 lb Lost so far: 43.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 November 2010:
1631 kcal Fat: 67.40g | Prot: 77.71g | Carb: 183.14g.   Breakfast: whole foods granola, cane sugar, apple, raisin, oatmeal. Lunch: olive oil, beef broth, red onion, carrots, red potatoes, roast beef. Dinner: tomato, flageolet, russian kale, squash soup, sargento mexican cheese, tabouli, ground chuck. Snacks/Other: Lindt 85% chocolate, Special K bar. more...

I know the feeling. I've been busier than a one-legged man in a butt-kicking contest. The good part about being busy is there's no time to snack.
