Having traveled and huge amount of emotional eating, I am weighing a very hefty 72kg. I intend to lose at least 7 in the next two months with some help of a diet plan, yoga and The Firm.
158.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
