Starting over. I was doing REALLY well and got down to 148. Then I kind of took a break and stopped paying attention to what and how much I was eating. The end result, an 8lb gain. After a visit w/ my Doctor last week she still really wants me between 140 - 145. So my goal is to start getting down there and hopefully by spring time I will be just maintaining my weight instead of losing it!
