First time in MONTHS that the scale has moved!
206.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 71.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I understand your joy, it took forever for my scale to get below 200, I am on atkins too, but your goal is to get a whole lot skinnier than I will ever get. My goal is 170, and I am tall and look pretty good at that weight. Congratulations on your loss.

Thank you! I've been at a stall for 4 months, so this was a big deal for me! I'm hoping it continues in the right direction! I found that setting smaller goals is easier for me... Right now, it's 200. After that, we'll see. I haven't been under 200 pounds in over a decade, so I don't know what I'd look healthy at! Good luck on your weight loss!
