It's true, when I let the carbs creep up, my weight shows it, even if my total calories is around 1200-1400. And I am guilty of eating a McDonalds breakfast McMuffin and hash browns today, so it's salads and probably a pork sirloin steak for dinner. I did walk instead of drive for my chores in town and got some yard work done too. It's all good!
