Consumed more than I wanted to today and feeling stuffed. I need to plan my meals better, increase protein and decrease carbs, fewer calories. Now that apples are in the produce area I have been eating at least one a day and some days more. I may need to go to every other day for an apple, they are high in carbs. I also need to go back to smaller or no lunches cus we eat finer at 4 pm and breakfast at 9 am. Tomorrow will be better I plan some baked cod for dinner and only water and fiber for lunch. Also need to quit the frozen dinners and go back to yogurt or cottage cheese for breakfast. Looking forward to making better choices tomorrow!!
