I knew I had put a lot of weight back on, but seeing it on the chart and in numbers is very saddening. I had lost around 40 pounds and now have put 15 back on since March. I am determnined to take it back off and slowly start trying to achieve my original goal again. For some reason though I can't seem to stay motivated. Hopefully seeing the proof in the numbers and feeling it in how tight my jeans have got will help.
