1209 kcal Fat: 24.39g | Prot: 94.09g | Carb: 205.12g.   Breakfast: Kashi GOLEAN Original Cereal, Water, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Bananas, Milk (Nonfat). Lunch: Turkey Breast Meat, Stop & Shop Baby Carrots, Fiber One Multigrain Bread, Dijon Mustard, Golden Delicious Apples, Gala Apples. Dinner: Tyson Foods Oven Roasted Chicken Breast Halves, steamy vegetables, broccoli, yellow squash, green beans, carrots, onion, and red pepper. Snacks/Other: Blue Bunny BIG Fudge Bars (63g), Water, Chewing Gum (Sugarless), Coffee, Werther's Original Sugar Free Hard Candy. more...
