This is the first time in a while I have seen a drop in my weight. I am exuberant. I really hope I can keep this up. It hasn't been extremely difficult. Now to really combat those nighttime treats!!
137.5 lb Lost so far: 10.9 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
