YUMMY ALERT! Galeos World's Best Miso Caesar... WOAH sooo yummy. It is low carb and low fat... amazing!

On the homefront:
I have to really fight the urge to eat at night when I am not hungry. I still really want sweets, I hope these urges go away soon. I still need to drink more water, but I am doing okay for now.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 28.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
