I'm back after a long year of being gone. I've had 6 surgeries and I think I'm finally ready to come back and stay committed to this. Time to kick some butt. On the plus side thru it all only gained a pound maybe 2 at most.

1279 kcal Fat: 86.36g | Prot: 88.10g | Carb: 29.36g.   Breakfast: International Delight Sugar Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Coffee, Canola Vegetable Oil, American Cheese, Cooked Mushrooms (from Fresh), Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Butterball Thin & Crispy Turkey Bacon. Lunch: Pictsweet Deluxe Sides Baby Brussels Sprouts in Butter Sauce. Dinner: Kraft Buttermilk Ranch Dressing & Dip, Publix Red Bell Pepper, Mushroom Pieces and Stems, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other:  Nestle Pure Life Bottled Water. more...

Ty so much. It has been so hard but I'm glad to be back ,just gotta keep positive and stay on track.
