I realized yesterday that nothing I have ever done in life has come easily to me. So reality as nasty or nice as it is showed me that losing or controling my weight is absolutely no different.

I have set numbers in my mind that cover my goal, my control, and my oh hell no I am not going there again! (lol). Wonder how many others think in these terms?

I think alot of us think along those terms. The thing is I don't think most of us admit it so those of us who think that way keep wondering how the F other people have it so easy!

DFW: we all come across ppl who can look at cake and lose 5lbs, yet the rest of us smell it and gain the same. Fair hell no, but it makes us tougher and more resilant!!
