Okay, here I go. This is my first day of getting rid of some body weight that has been hanging around for the last 10 years. It seemed to have crept up on me. Therefore, I'm expecting it to creep back off. We all have our cravings, mine are for chocolate, chips and dips, and ice-cream. Going forward, those items are going to be the things that I will 'treat' myself to for being good. But these treats will be enjoyed only a couple of times a month. I will allow them though, just not how I allowed in the past. See, I said it, in the past. You should never indulge but never deny yourself a few of your favorite things. Just remember moderation. So here I go, wish me luck!!
