So far I have gotten in 2 miles walking and 1 set of 40 on the jump rope. I still have to do my bike ride. I was bad today and had two gluten free chocolate chip cookies. I really shouldn't have ate them because once I did it gave me a major sugar craving but I have been good and resisted the urge to eat more. :) Not going to screw up my 16 pound weight loss so far on a cookie.
