I feel better about what I've had to eat today compared to yesterday. It was potluck day here in the office and while I did pretty well avoiding the obvious stuff I think I over did carbs due to eating broccoli salad. That stuff is awesomely good.

Cause of sugar. Mmmmm.

I did scrape off as much of the dressing as I could and picked out the cranberries or whatever those were. Luckily, I had brought roasted turkey tenderloins and someone else made a meatless/crustless quiche that was quite nice.

So. Righteous. Sorta.
