Saw a change on the scale today. Yay! I drank a gallon of water yesterday too. Which certainly didn't hurt.

My pants are much looser today so I think I'm losing inches even if I'm not making big leaps on the actual poundage.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
