Old ghosts come back to haunt me... I ate potato chips last night and really didn't want them, they didn't even taste that good and they were Maui Onion!!! But I kept munching. There was no stress or desire. It was stupid. Yet, the other day, when i wanted to buy Halloween Oreos, the cute orange and black combo, I said to myself, You shouldn't have those in the house....DUH...but it's what I really wanted! WHEN am I going to listen to myself?

Today, I discovered a new mantra: "YOU CAN HAVE IT ALL" This is how I succeeded before, nothing was off limits, I just have to budget for it. Spending calories is like spending money. I know this. I also know I can succeed. I just have to keep trying. :)

Yes! You *can* have it all! Absent a food allergy or some particular illness, there are no "bad foods". It's all about the quantity and the timing.
