I haven't been following my diet so closely since I last weighed in, but I've been doing lots of strenght work so I've gained a few pounds of muscle mass!
245.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week
