As of this morning--down 10 pounds since August 1st. 6 of that was what I gained in June and July so it doesn't really count. Going back to Weight Watchers has really helped. Having friends who are also trying to lose weight is also a huge help. I'm trying to encorporate more exercise into every day even if it's just 10 or 15 minutes. Every little bit helps. Finding all of my old favourite diet recipies and staying the course. 13.8 more pounds to go by February 6th--that's over Christmas season and a week in Florida. I'm trying to lose as much as I can by Christmas so I can enjoy that week in Florida without feeling too guilty. It's a never ending battle but I think I'm winning a bit right now.
