WHAT! I worked out soo much this week. Ok. Granted I went to the Marine Corp Ball and ate a steak and all of those potatoes and that big chocolate cake, but I exercised my butt off. I mean literally, I dropped so many inches this week and to have GAINED 2 POUNDS!!!!! I am a little disappointed, OH THEY WILL COME OFF NEXT WEEK!

Don't forget that muscle weighs more, so as you exercise and build muscle you might gain but if you are losing inches you are losing fat.
