It has been 35 days since I last weighed in. I really should get to that but I keep forgetting to do it first thing in the morning. I will try tomorrow. I think if I weigh in at least once a month that will keep me in check not to go overboard with food and get some workouts in. Of course running around after the 7 1/2 month old and keeping him from scooting everywhere is helping. They say babies start to lose weight when they start cralling and scooting around so I must burn some calories to chsing after him, lol. Here's to wishing, right? Feeling good today and hope to get in a walk/jog and a insanity workout as well. Have a great Monday everyone.

First thing in the morning is not the best time to weigh. Try weighing in the late afternoon, before dinner, and after the gym (or exersice). I almost always find that is the time that I weigh less. Rule of thumb is that you have used all of your energy stores for the day but have not eaten dinner yet which is mostly the biggest meal of the day. Keep at it, you will get there!

I hate to be disagreeable, but they say to always weigh in in the morning because it is the most consistent time of the day to weigh in. You've slept off most of your food, and lost all the water weight you're going to lose for the day.
It's the one time of the day that is pretty constant, where you haven't consumed something sodium laden that will make you retain water, or any one of a hundred other factors that affects your weight during the day.
