Being an active mother of 4, it is hard to have time to think about what goes in my mouth. Busy times, all the time. A quick meal here, a snack there, juice and fast food. All of the sudden I was way heavier than I wanted to be. Going to the gym 3 - 6 days a week was not helping because all I wanted to do was lift weights without the cardio and I continued to eat the way I was before. Cardio is so boring and I didn't think I had the time to change my diet. My new idea is to count my calories so that I'm aware of what I take in as well as going to the gym. Yes, I have added cardio dance to the routine, at home. (Just Dance for the Wii. Yes, it's a kids game, but it works you in all ways and it's fun to play with the kids.)
I have the power to lose weight and keep it off!!
UPDATE: I have now done it! I lost the weight and am now in maintenance mode for the rest of my life. I love being the size I am now, but would like to tone up a lot. Even though building muscle back may cause a little weight gain back, I'm okay with that as long as I can still fit into my new size jeans, lol. Thank you to those of you who have helped me along the way. If you are still on this road, you can do it, I am proof. :)
